This hotel is a hidden gem in a bustling city. The location is perfect, just a block from the beach and close to the shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with a beautiful secret garden overlooking the canal and a calming swimming pool. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, from the immaculate grounds to the well-kept rooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always making sure our needs were met.

The air condition is so enormously loud that one can barely stay in the room while it is running. There's no way to sleep. Watching TV is only possible at maximum volume while the air conditioning is running, otherwise you won't understand a word. Bathroom very small.

Excellent location, super friendly staff, great view, well equipped. We got a room with a wonderful view. Food is very good and one does not want to go out, as the hotel offers everything the heart desires. Super nice!

We had the pleasure of staying at The Pillars Hotel & Club and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the luxurious accommodations and personalized service. The hotel made us feel like we were living in a waterfront mansion with our own private pool. The attention to detail was outstanding, with thoughtful touches like mosquito lights on our patio and a steamer for our clothes in the room. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering late check-out at no extra cost and cleaning our room whenever we wanted. We enjoyed romantic dinners by the dock, watching breathtaking sunsets and indulging in delicious cuisine. The intimate atmosphere and beautiful pool area made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend The Pillars Hotel & Club to any couple visiting Fort Lauderdale. we had the best hotel experience ever!

The Pillars Hotel is a fantastic hotel! The hotell is small, about 20 rooms (?), which together with its excellent staff gives the hotel a nice homelike feeling. The rooms are luxurious and the pool area is very nice. We will definitely check into the Pillars Hotel again should we go to Fort Lauderdale in the future.

The remodel looks great! The staff, though, seemed a bit overwhelmed in preparing for a birthday party while attending to other guests. Also, it's time to get new Frette towels: they are no longer white; they are gray. :(

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful sunset view. Good-sized room with excellent air conditioning. Outside pool area was superb with a waterway view.

Excellent location on the intercoastal waterway. With their own water taxi stop. Staff were really attentive and pleasant. And the food was excellent too. We could not fault it and will be staying there again.

A pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing stay. The staff are extremely courteous, and it was so relaxing looking out over the Waterway, with a stop for the watertaxi right on the deck. Very quite rooms. Wine tasting once a week was also very popular. Have stayed several timesnow, and happy to do so again. Much prefer this smaller bijous hotel where the staff know your name rather than a large, hotel with lots of people crowding around the pool, and too much noise!

The Secret Garden location of this hotel is a major plus, being just a block away from the beach. It offers a pleasant escape from the busy crowds of the main beach area. The rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, with high-quality furnishings and Molton Brown toiletries in the clean and well-equipped bathrooms. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, making sure guests feel well taken care of. Breakfast is excellent, and the hotel offers a private restaurant with outstanding views of the intercostal.

The rooms can be on the smaller side, including the bathrooms and closets.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was perfect, with a stunning view of the Inter-Coastal Waterway just steps away, yet only a block from the beach. We loved being able to easily explore the surrounding area and enjoy the best of both worlds.

If you are looking for a boutique hotel on Fort Lauderdale Beach, this is it. You can easily walk to the beach, but the unbelievable pool courtyard has a fabulous view of the Intracoastal Waterway. It is beautiful, cozy and the staff is as accessible and helpful as they could possibly be. The large beach hotels, while they can be quite luxurious, can be somewhat impersonal. This is the opposite - it's like you're staying at some rich friend's house! It is a find.

Lovely setting on the Intracoastal waterway. Breakfast and /or dinner on their private dock was perfect. Pretty pool in the private garden. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Short walk to the beach, shops and other restaurants.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Pillars Hotel & Club! The charming and luxurious setting provided a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The location was perfect, and the small size of the hotel meant we received personalized and friendly service from the staff. We enjoyed dining on the deck by the canal and the calming music playing in the background. The hotel even allowed us to use a room after check-out without any additional charge, which was a pleasant surprise. The swimming pool was also a highlight of our stay.
